Patricia is a certified Myers-Briggs Type II and Murphy-Meisgeier Type Indicator Practitioner qualified to verify score reports. An interactive feedback discussion with a certified MBTI or MMTIC practitioner allows for personal interpretation that enhances the understanding of MBTI results. Myers-Briggs is a household name for many corporations, institutions and organizations in building cohesive teams where individual strengths positively impact creativity and productive outcomes.
“Type can help individuals develop acceptance of themselves and an appreciation of their own likes, needs, or developmental paths” - Myers-Briggs Foundation
For Young Adults - Myers-Briggs Type II Indicator - People find the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Assessment a useful way of understanding themselves and how they can best work from an awareness of their strengths and stretches. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Step II is an additional assessment that goes deeper in helping to define an individual's uniqueness. Step II also provides assistance with individuals struggling to identify their best type.
For students, age 15 and up, I provide an aptitude-based assessment called YouScience.
Backed by over 40 years of research, YouScience is unlike anything else available. The YouScience Profile uses engaging “brain games” to uncover real measures of aptitudes. A proprietary algorithm, which has been validated and normed by outside parties, combines the students’ aptitudes and interests and scientifically matches them to specific “best fit” careers.
For Children, Tweens and Teens - Murphy-Meisgeier Type Indicator for Children - The Murphy-Meisgeier Type Indicator Assessment (MMTIC) is based on the Myers-Briggs but designed for children at three different levels: Elementary, Middle School and High School. MMTIC results provide valuable insight into how students learn and engage differently in healthy social interactions. Students are given an opportunity to learn more about their strengths and stretches.
For Families, Youth Organizations and Schools - I administer the Myers-Briggs and the Murphy-Meisgeier Type Indicator to families, youth organizations and in classroom settings. The findings enhance communication, acceptance and respect, and promote optimal learning environments for every child.
